I needed help installing a few A/C units in my condo, and decided to reach out to Ace Handyman services. I was impressed from the start, beginning with Martha calling to talk through the details and set up the appointment. She was very pleasant and helpful, and was also able to get me in contact with someone who would pick up my old A/C unit. Jump to the day of very frequently, you're given 2+hour window and you never really know when the service will show up. I was shocked to receive a text with a link to track my handyman! Elmer arrived EARLY(!), but I was prepared since I had updates through the link provided, and he called to let me know when he arrived. Not only did he complete all of the requested service, but he asked if I had a vacuum cleaner so he could also clean up after himself. He was kind, professional and thorough. As a new (first-time) homeowner, I will most definitely be turning to ace handyman services again, and will recommend them to family and friends.

Needed repairs to a gazebo. Andre did a beautiful job, reinforcing the frame and blending in his repairs so they are not visible. Also appreciate having house numbers a remounted. Andre was timely, neat, and accommodating. He respected social distancing and wore a mask. Back at the office, Martha was a pleasure to work with and always kept me informed.

The craftsmen team were skilled carpenters. Job well done!

Elmer came this morning on time. I had some plumbing issue for a hose to get it reconnected. Elmer was great, our building used him before that is how I found Ace handyman services. He gave me updates throughout the process. He was in and out today!!!!I will def use and request Elmer again.. Thx Elmer

Who hasn’t been frustrated by late arrivals and poor communication related to tradespeople? With Andre and the team at ACE Handyman you will be pleasantly surprised. Plenty of communication from the office and the on-site (Andre) team resulted in total coordination between ACE and the homeowner (me) to minimize wasted time on both sides. Then, appointment time was “spot on”. So far the service is great and I expect a competitive quote for a fence repair.

Andre the carpenter is not a carpenter He’s a CRAFTMAN. He’s know what he’s doing and he’s clean when doing the job. I had no dust when he opened up the wall. He covered up my furniture and blocked off certain walls so that my home stayed dust free. I love my Pocket Door he fixed; hadn’t see it in 10 years since we bought our place. Ace Handyman Services is the Bimb. Would hire them for any job that needs to be completed in my home. Nothing but live for this company. No hidden prices etc.

Working with Elmer and Aaron on my recent bathroom remodel was great. They got right to work, answered all my questions about the process, kept me updated throughout the project, and now I have a beautiful new bathroom. Would definitely hire Ace for future projects.
