The team from Ace Handyman are professional, friendly and very understanding. They were hired to complete a water damage restoration that included multiple rooms and, ultimately, took 6+ days to complete. Calls to Rose were always pleasant and she and Brian were very helpful and compassionate when a family death occurred during the restoration and scheduled days had to be postponed. I appreciated reading bios and seeing pictures of employees on website and knowing who would be arriving. Justin was assigned the large task of replacing drywall and trim, installing flooring and new toilet and sink, painting, etc. He was always prompt and courteous and immediately began work upon arrival and only stopped when discussing issues relating to repairs. He offered suggestions on repairs, clearly explained options, and accepted my decisions with no pressure. In addition to the extensive restoration work, Justin quickly completed several minor repairs in a matter of minutes. Kim assisted Justin for a day with flooring installation. She, too, was friendly and a non-stop worker. I would not hesitate to hire again and have recommended to others. Thank you.

Did not show up at appointed time and did not have the courtesy to call and say he couldn’t make it to our home. Wasted an afternoon waiting. Would not recommend.
