The overall work was okay...not great..just okay. It could have been better. I think the person assigned to complete by job (it was an entire day) did himself a disservice by not taking a break(s). I think had he stopped to inspect his work, he would have realized he missed Important details. I am also giving 2 stars because I was quoted one hourly rate, and then they tried to charge me a higher rate at the of the work Completion. So, apparently Rosemarie told him to drop the rate to the quoted rate, but add a $40 trip charge which after multiple conversations with her coordinating the day, was never disclosed.

We love Ace Handyman. We have used them for all of our diy in our home. Kirk is exceptional, kind, compassionate and very detailed. He did an awesome home and he has been to our home before. Thank you Kirk and Ace Handyman. Monica

Rich came out to repair a rotted door jam. He showed me the damage and explained everything that needed to be done. He then got work and did a fantastic job. I will definitely call Ace again when I need something repaired!!! Thanks Rich and Ace!!

I am more than pleased with the work that Kirk just finished in my bathroom and kitchen. The chair rail and base molding look beautiful. My house was built in 1920 and I am very particular about who works with me. I'm glad to have found someone who understands old houses and pays attention to fine details like I do. I cannot wait to move on to the next project with Ace Handyman.

I reached out to Ace Handyman Services to get an exterior set of wooden stairs and aluminum railing replaced. Not a very complicated job. What they estimated would only take 4-6 hours wound up requiring about 3 full days worth of work with a couple more return trips. It was almost as if the guy had never done this before. He installed the railing upside down and crooked, the stairs were unevenly spaced and he had to take it all apart and redo it. The railings got scratched up and I was left with holes in the wood stairs that were patched with silicon. The handyman did not have the proper tools for the job and told me to buy the wrong material. I would have been better off doing this myself. Thank goodness the customer service was great and they did not charge me for the return trips that were required to fix everything. I will not be using them again.
