Friendly, Efficient and Professional
Rick was on time and probably a few minutes early. He was professional and efficient and listened carefully to the issues I was dealing with as a Realtor and what specifically needed to be addressed. He finished sooner than I thought he would. I absolutely will be working with Handyman Matters again.

More than Timely Arrival
Rich called and asked if he could arrive about 15 minutes early for my appointment. I said certainly he could. He actually arrived about a half hour early and finished the work in less than an hour. Thanks Rich.

Work completed effectively, efficiently and professionally!
Rich arrived promptly at designated time and wasted no time removing my old cooktop that had a downdraft fan attached. He was extremely competent and professional and completed the job in a timely manner. Before leaving he cleaned and vacuumed the work area. I was very happy with the completed job and will definitely use Handyman Matters again!

Service man was great but service was delayed.
When the man came he did a great job, was pleasant, and worked efficiently. However appointment was originally around 11:30 AM, received word the day before would be 2:30PM, called about an hour ahead of time that will be "after 4" and finally came at 5.

Professional and Efficient
My experience was great from the beginning with the initial call to the office to inquire about service and rates. Rose was very kind and informative. Matt arrived on time and was courteous, professional, prepared and efficient with the tasks on my list. My tasks included a garbage disposal installation, new dryer vent hose and shower caulking. I will not hesitate to use Handyman Matters again for future projects and will refer the company to family and friends!
