Arrived on time. Friendly, professional, clean and cleaned up, worked fast, explained what he was doing. He seemed to know what he was doing with carpentry and appliances. I would ask for the same person again.

Charles arrived on time and cleaned the gutters thoroughly and efficiently. He cleaned up afterwards and left things looking great. He was friendly and pleasant.

This service seemed like a perfect arrangement, but was not what I was expected. From the beginning they made it difficult to get someone to my home. The first appointment was canceled the morning of, because the handyman called in sick. The next appointment had to be rescheduled because the handyman was going to be an hour late and that didn’t work in my schedule. When the handyman finally came, he wasn’t able to finish everything within the four hours allotted. At the start of the appointment he didn’t communicate to me that it wouldn’t all get done, nor did he do so at the end of the appointment. Had I known this I would have prioritized his list differently. Instead he left with me assuming it was all done, but in fact it was not. I was not home when he left and it wasn’t communicated to my nanny that there were unfinished items. I will say the handyman was polite and the few items he finished were done well, he possibly just needs to be micromanaged more. After speaking to the office, if I wanted him to come back it was going to be the following week! Or if I wanted a different handyman, I’d have to wait two weeks. I don’t know why my job wasn’t scheduled for more time based on the list of items to be completed, and I can’t imagine this business model works for most people. I was disappointed by both the office and the handyman and will find another company to finish my job.

Charles completes all of his jobs with expertise and attention to detail. I will certainly continue to request his services for our home as needed.
