ACE Handyman Services were quick and efficient schedulers. Marty, the carpenter assigned, came out immediately. Marty is courteous and knowledgeable and reviewed several options with us before completing the estimate. He also kept in contact and on the scheduled day arrived right on time with all the tools needed to complete the job. The work was finished well with great attention to detail. I would definitely use ACE Handyman Services again. Ask for Marty!!!

Poor customer service! Engaged service for a few minor repairs (repaint kitchen, repair few baseboards, replace laundry room door, & a few very minor things in masterbath) from January, job completed today June 20, poorly. For the last 6 months minimal communication from office, each follow up was another delay after delay for whatever reasons. Updates only initiated by us. We were never a priority especially for such a small job, imagine if it was a larger job. Keep in mind payment in full prior to completion, our stupidity. Very bad experience! Technicians were very professional but office personnel was a challenge to get job completed. I see all of these positive reviews and I truly wish I was able provide the same. Ace was highly recommended but fell short on our job! I wish I could give them a 0.
