We had Ron come to the house to do a list of repairs. He was pleasant, on time. And cleaned up well. He accomplished everything on my list plus a few extras.

My daughter arranged an appointment for me while she was visiting--I didn't know whom to contact for help with my broken front door lock. Ace Handyman Cypress sent Ron, who was wonderful. He showed up exactly on time, fixed my front door (and explained the issue to me while doing it). While he was here, I asked him to also look at my sunroom lock, which he fixed; and a toilet seat that I had trouble installing. He did all of it, and in under one hour. He was so professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. I was very grateful to him. I highly recommend him, and this service. The person who arranged it, Rebecca, was also very kind and helpful--gave very specific information about what to expect in advance, and was so helpful in explaining the terms. I am so pleased with my experience. I couldn't be happier, and I highly recommend this service, and Ron and Rebecca, to everyone.

Ron replaced 2 light bars in the bathroom. He did an excellent job & the new lights look great. He cleaned up when he was finished. Would highly recommend him Also scheduling this job was very easy & i received communication concerning when he was on his way. He was right on time

Rebecca was quick to respond to my request to secure part of my rain gutter that had come loose. She took time to explain options for this one project with a flat rate versus booking a block of time for a package of several handyman projects. I was booked for the next day. Ron was on time, skillfully handled the repair, took pride in his work and was patient with my questions on supply needs and estimated time for future projects.
