We value all opinions from our customers for it helps us to grown and become a better and stronger company for all. Not every review will be a 5 star and we're O.K. with that. This is an excellent time to make consumers aware. Whenever you purchase online items sight unseen, from countries far and wide, there are times when you need to circumvent issues that are unforeseen when purchasing these items believing that they are a good deal. We have all been through it (at one time or another) I'm sure. There is a big difference between price & value. When a multi-skilled Craftsman is circumventing issues of which way is better, safer, and less expensive for our customers, it is not a lack of knowledge, it is an abundance of caution & safety for your family. We guarantee our work for 1 year. Something can be decorative and not be proper for support and safety and we have to work around the issues to make both options complete. So when ordering online please remember what looks like a great deal may not be. When you buy items to be installed, they are not warrantied, only the labor is warrantied and must be done correctly. If we purchase the items everything is warrantied! Price & Value May I also add how amazing that laundry area looks and I am certain that there will be nothing falling off of any walls.
