Josh is very professional and friendly
Thank you Josh for your excellent work. He did a phenomenal job. We are very pleased with the job he did. I will be contacting Ace Handyman again in the near future.

Loose piece of siding
Technician (Shawn) called the day before my appointment to confirm …..arrived 15 minutes early …I showed him my loose piece of siding …he explained thoroughly what he would have to do to fix the issue ….plan on using them again /very professional

Mr. Roane already booked his 2ND service call before I could even reply to his 1st, 5 star review of us. For those of you who do not know, that is our customer service path for our company, you get a text message when your job is booked, you get a day before call from your Craftsman, the day of your appointment you get a text saying "I'm on my way" and photo of your Craftsman before they even arrive at your home. The final "we appreciate you" is you get an emailed, touchless, paid receipt to your email in box when the job is complete. This is just part of what we call "our personal touch" to make it easier for our customers. This is just a few things Mr. Roane likes about our company. Thank you Mr. Roane for coming back a 2ND time, we appreciate you.

Efficient Work
Joshua arrived on time and was very professional. He answered my questions and got my opinions before doing the work. He was very polite and friendly! We will definitely call Ace Handyman when we need more work done and we will recommend you!

Excellent service
Nick hung my porch swing today. So happy that I found this handyman service. He was prompt, friendly and my swing is securely installed for summer porch times! I’ll call this service for all my handyman needs.

Gutter clean out 2 1/2 stories high
I called Ace Handyman Services because I was desperate to have a gutter cleaned out that was unreachable by my husband and I. During heavy rains water and debris poured over the top of the gutter down onto my deck knocked plants out of their pots making a general mess on a newly stained deck.
All guttering companies I called told me there was a 4-6 wait time. Nick came out after a few days with Craftsman Ray and Ray went up the tall ladder cleaned out the debris from the very high gutter and also tightened a couple of screws that needed tightened which I appreciated.
Nick and Ray were reliable, friendly and efficient and cleaned out a couple of other gutters while they were here.
I was very happy with the service I received and will call Ace Handyman Services again. They were great. I liked them and I like the way they solved my problem.

Friendly, neat, clean and great work!
Nick and Ray arrived on time and got to work immediately. They were friendly and worked so hard! They assembled a gazebo for us. The gazebo came out amazing!! Super sturdy and well put together. If you’re thinking of hiring this company, don’t hesitate! I will be using them again!

5 star review, my guys never let me down. It is very important to this Veteran-owned company that our guys are on time, so thank you for saying that. Those two are the sharpest ever in their ACE Handyman uniforms, don't know how neat and clean they were at the end of the day though. The most important issue for us is that you are thrilled with the gazebo, you will have many wonderful evenings at home this summer I'm sure. You will be the envy of the neighborhood.
