Ace Handyman was unknown to me when I made initial contact to request an estimate for a back yard job. Within two days, an employee came to our home to view the job firsthand before providing an informal estimate. He also described the new business and its origins. A formal estimate arrived two days later. I made an appointment for the next week and was delighted when the same employee arrived to do the job, together with an assistant. What has been estimated to require 8 hrs was completed in 6. I was further impressed by the fact that materials from the tear-down were reused in the repairs that followed. This resulted in an invoice that was less than the estimate by 25%. Before contacting Ace Handyman, I requested estimates from two companies that specialized in the work I needed done. Neither would give me the time of day. Ace Handyman's prompt response, the high quality of the work, and the lowered price made it highly likely I will request their help with future projects.
