My front door frame was broken due to someone trying to break into my house. I called and they sent Daniel out to help me the same day. He was very understanding and talked me thru the whole process and expense. Very professional and didn't cut corners. I can rest easy tonight knowing that my repair is done correctly. I don't normally give 5 stars. Looks like it never happened....after the paint dried. :)

We had a bit of a bummer experience at first when our tech made a mistake and drilled a wonky hole in a door. Mistakes are human. I was impressed like crazy with Tim who came out, gave us our options, and stayed until the project was completed correctly. No corners cut, no avoiding the issue, just acknowledgement, apology, and got right to work to make it right.

On time and professional! The work was well done.

Victor was great! He arrived on time, was very professional, and communicated with me throughout the project to make sure he knew what I wanted. He installed an overhead garage rack for me and it is perfect. He worked quickly and cleaned up after. I will definitely use Ace again for future handyman needs.

So I had a great experience today with the service tech that serviced my swamp cooler especially considering he had to take care of a unexpected wasps nest inside of it. He showed great skill and professionalism which resulted in getting the job done right. It was also great to get to know him through are conversation while he was here. I can tell he's definitely a great asset to your company and would definitely love having him come back when my next jobs arise. I'm personally recommending that you consider giving him a raise.
