Irvin did a great job. He is very pleasant to work with. He suggested some good work and fixed it. He went above and beyond his work. I sincerely thank him. Above all He was always punctual.

Had this company come out to complete several projects. Paid over $500 for a four hour window of time, to only have one of the tasks partially completed and then they wanted more money to come out and finish the job. Additionally, the portion of the job that was done, was not done properly and needed to be redone. The employee was late, then left for a little less than 2 hours to get supplies (there are two hardware stores within 5 miles of our home). Working with a representative and then the owner, we were not able to reach a satisfactory resolution, and were in fact hung up on. This is NOT a business we would use again, nor would we recommend them to anyone else.

I was very pleased with the work Ty did around our house. He was very pleasant to work with. He did a great job repairing and painting a kitchen bay window and while waiting for the caulk and paint to dry, he solved three other problems around our house. I am not sure that I feel comfortable with the $70 service charge added to our invoice. I'm not sure what that covered and if it was worth the added expense.

We made an appointment to stop air leaks in several windows. Irvin arrived on time and was very thorough in inspecting the windows. However he could not find air leaks. . The problem was identified last winter on the day in which the temperature was -10F and with 60 miles/hour wind. The problem appears to be that the cold cause the window or the frame to shrink and opening air gaps. He discussed the problem and gave a number of great suggestions to pursue. Irvin was thorough, honest, and helpful.

The handyman was on time. He was very efficient and even explained to me an issue he found in my project. I highly recommend my handyman.

Matthew was very professional and personable. We updated our stair case with new tread caps, railings and iron spindles and Matthew knew exactly what to do and how to approach all the challenges with this unique project. It turned out beautifully! He always looked out for our best interest from the beginning as well. Some of the packaging with our treads came in alittle bent up so he spent time at his shop personally fixing and preparing all of them for us prior to installation. Because we were waiting on empire to install flooring we had to wait to update the staircase so it would look cohesive. Because of this, we we had to go about 1 week without a railing and spindles. Since we were concerned about that with having 3 small children, Matthew came over without hesitation to install a makeshift railing and banister for us to keep our kids safe. I would highly recommend Matthew and Ty for any of their handyman needs. This is a first class company owned by a first class craftsman! We will most definitely use them again the future.
