Carlos did a great job completing a list of projects within a 5 hour visit that included going out to purchase materials after reviewing the list together. The work included repairs on three electrical outlets, fixing a door frame, repairing exterior trim, purchasing and securing a new sump pump cover.

Responded quickly and was able to complete the repair in a few hours. My only regret is that I did not call them sooner. They have both the tools and expertise to fix things.

Our service tech, Carlos, was very skilled and courteous in patching a large hole in our dining room ceiling (that was opened by our plumber to do a water line repair to a second floor pipe seep). He completed the work (over two days) to allow finishing and drying of the ceiling patch and left it ready for painting. He also installed a grab bar in our bathtub which required cutting carefully through wall tile to not crack the tile. The skill shown and quickness in getting it done was worth the cost instead of me dealing with the two small jobs over a much longer time. Clean up was excellent. Thank you ACE Handyman Services.

I asked for a tech to come onsite to replace the inner workings of one toilet, troubleshoot/replace the inner workings of a second, and also repair a gap in the storm door at the front of the house. The tech was on time but ill equipped and was asking me if I wanted to replace the whole inner workings, which I had already purchased, because he would "have to take the whole tank off". I told him yes and he struggled to perform this basic service and even left for 30 mins, which I was then billed for, because he forgot the necessary tool at another location. I actually told/showed him how to fix the second toilet. Both were functional when he left but it should have been an easier process for something so basic. He was also supposed to be here for 4 hours but insisted that he was only scheduled for 2 hours. He then checked his phone and realized he was booked for 4 hours but really wanted to leave. I asked him to look at the front door, which he did, but he had already submitted to close out after the two hours it took to repair the toilet. I don't believe he came prepared for the additional work either way. This was my test run with Ace Services, as I have lots of other projects, to see how they performed with the small things. I will not be utilizing them again.

Matthew was personable and professional. He got my problem fixed up quickly and easily. Would highly recommend Ace! I thought my problem was going to be hard to solve and it ended up being simple for Ace to diagnose and repair.

I'm so glad we found Ace Handyman Services. Wade was very helpful arranging our appointment and making sure the person he sent, Ty, had the right skills to address our tasks. Communication was top notch, and Ty was timely, competent and and very friendly. What more can you ask for!?! Admittedly, the service is a little pricey, but if you can have one person come out to address a handful of issues without having to make a million phone calls, it's absolutely worth it!

I was very pleased with the customer service treatment from the beginning of the phone conversation of making an appointment to the efficiency of the notifications of confirmation of appointment and the Handyman’s arrival information. Irwin repaired a bracket in a bedroom closet and replaced weatherstripping on a door. He was very professional, and went above and beyond.
