Ty is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He is honest and answers questions. This is 2nd time I have used Ty. I highly recommend Ty.

Ty did a very good job. I only have one issue...the faucet which he replaced isn't totally tightened down. The base on the top of the sink moves around a bit. Can someone please come back to fix the issue. Other than that, the service was great.

We arranged to have squeaky floors repaired prior to having new carpet installed. Matt kept us well informed about when he would arrive, repaired our floors as requested. He was completely professional and friendly, and was willing to answer questions and give us advice on other items that needed repairs. We will definitely use them in the future!
