We are so pleased with the Ace service. Bud is especially the best . He has serviced our home twice and always does an outstanding job. He called when he was going to be late, cleaned up after his work and does really good work. We are so grateful for the good quality workmanship!

Matt was professional while taking care of several jobs. It was great that he didnt mind me asking questions and asking for his opinions on certain issues unrelated to what he was working on. Great guy and very polite. I really appreciated him cleaning up and putting the empty boxes in the garage. For certain, I will use him again for other projects.

Matt rehung my pantry door and replaced two posts on my front porch. He bought the posts and brought them with him as they were too big for me to transport. I also had him replace two lights above my garage, This only took a little over two hours and is perfect. The posts will need to be painted but need to age for a bit. I will have him out later to paint all of the posts on the porch. He also cut up the old posts and put them out for the trash. Matt is professional and does beautiful work and I am so happy to have found this company. If you are looking to get a job done cheaply this is not the company for you, but I feel the quality of work done by a company that is bonded, insured and stands behind their work is more than fair.

Cameron came out to our place to take care of a number of jobs. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. He was considerate of my time and did great work.

I was very pleased with Matt. He did a great job of installing a faucet, replacing a door handle and installing a window well cover. My only complaint is that I thought I had agreed to a two-hour window and was charged for three hours. I also didn't know that a 70-dollar travel charge was added even though we live within 15 minutes of the office. Bottom Line--I will definitely use this service again and will be more careful with the amount of time the projects should take.

This is the fifth time we have used Ace Handyman - Fox Valley and the second time Matt has been by to work on numerous projects. He's knowledge in many areas of home improvement, is easy to deal with, cleans up after the job has been completed and is a joy to deal with.

Bud did an excellent job replacing the screens on our porch door and fixing our Lazy Boy armrest. The porch door had an old splintered wood and a crazy amount of staples, but when he finished it was better than new! All projects were completed within the 3 hour window with professionalism and good cheer. I would wholeheartedly recommend Bud!

Matt was outstanding taking care of putting my chairs together, fixing my grill and other odd jobs. I value his opinion and follow it. So thrilled to have found him…a first rate guy whom you can trust!

We recently moved to a new home and gave Ace a try to get some projects done. Kathy got back to us promptly and was able to fit us into the schedule the same week. Bud was excellent, removed entrenched drapery hardware and repaired holes as well as installing a screen for the sliding door and hanging some heavy decorative items. There were old blinds that we thought were broken but Bud was able to adjust them so we could still use them and also utilized older screws that were longer in length and more secure than the small screws included with the rods from a big box store. He was efficient and effective and our house looks much more like home after his visit. Thanks to Bud and Kathy, we will be using ACE again and highly recommend them!
