The job went way over estimated time of 2 1/2 hours. Handyman spent roughly 8 hours. I know there were issues that had to be adjusted to but we never would have agreed to a sink install that cost nearly $1,000. I think the system isn’t fair. There should be some allowances or something. Mike Wells was very polite and workable but we’ll never use Ace Handyman Service again.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are sorry to hear your project took longer than you expected. We reviewed the notes in the job as well as the invoice. The notes state that the craftsmen communicated to your husband that the project would take 8-9 hours based on a series of issues he would need to fix to install the sink correctly. Because the time estimate was longer than originally anticipated, he offered to have our office send you and your husband referrals. Our craftsman was told by your husband that he wanted our craftsman to do the project and he was agreeable to the revised time estimate. Based on this information, we are unclear why we received a negative review. At your convenience, please contact our office to discuss further so we can determine what we can do differently to prevent this type of misunderstanding in the future. I am throughly pleased with the repair to my front storm door. My handyman Sidney Hilton worked professionally and efficiently.

High quality service
Sid came and efficiently completed the work I requested a lock change out, but also identified the door was sticking and repaired that as well.

Excellent quality service
Mike who worked on my home was very professional, did quality work and updated me with all tasks that were completed. Very happy with the service. Would go with them again for my next project.

Professional experience
The handyman installed the light fixture as I expected. It was 18ft ceiling so they needed a larger ladder. The guy did it with no issues.
