On February 16th of this year, I had my first ACE Handyman Service experience. First, I want to say that my call to arrange the project with Tara was great. She was so helpful, answered all of my questions and explained the process and possible cost in great detail. After the COVID delay on all projects, I was really looking forward to having my side garage door and frame replaced.Having recently learned that ACE had a Handyman Service, I was eager to give them a try. Phillip was fantastic!!! He called to confirm the appointment the night before and was on time the next morning. Had a great positive attitude about every step of the process. I felt comfortable with him immediately and confident that he knew what he was about to do.My door looks beautiful and I am surprised at how good it feels to look at it. Although I am going to pace future projects, I will be using ACE...I feel happy knowing the service is available and confident they will back their work with professionals.What I didn't tell Phillip is that I am the president of my development board and plan on letting the other members know about him personally and the service in general. I am going to invite them to come and see his work and keep the service in mind if they are going to get estimates on any home project no matter how large or small. Thank you for a beautiful job Phillip and thank you ACE for having him on your team..

A high quality job was done on a number of diverse repairs within a very reasonable timeframe. There was no cleanup need to be done by me afterwards. I couldn’t be more pleased.

We had 2 small ceiling repairs to be done. A long hairline crack and another repair where AC repairman had put his knee through ceiling causing a depression and crack. Josh arrived on time and we did a walk through of what we needed done and what our expectations were. He started and finished the job in less time than expected. The results are great!! Both ceiling repairs blend in well...Josh did a great job. We did not know Ace Hardware had handyman services but now that we do know we will use them for all of our future repairs! Ace has always been known for quality and experienced employees in their stores and the same holds true for their handyman services. From the moment I called and spoke to Tara to schedule an appointment to the end of the project with Josh it was an easy, professional and friendly experience! We also found their pricing for our project to be very fair which is hard to find these days. Highly recommend their services.
