Great experience
Scheduling was a breeze. They let me know exactly when my tech was going to arrive. The service professional was polite and worked within the time estimate. When there was a problem with the repair plan he consulted me before going forward to be sure I was ok with the work around. I will be calling them again.

Unprofessional
Mike was great! The franchise owner went up on the price after the contract was signed and was screaming on the phone when I told her I signed a contract already.

Maxine Glenn, I’m happy you really liked our craftsman, Mike. We are very happy and proud of the work he does for our company and his professionalism. As for the contract, as I tried explaining to you on the phone after your job was complete, what you signed first was the okay from you for Mike to start the work removing, putting together, replacing and installing “5” ceiling fans. That was a general estimate you signed and were specifically told if the work goes over you would be billed in 15 minute increments. Apparently there was a miss connect somewhere. You point blank told me if I made you pay for the work done you’d give me a horrible review. As I recall, there wasn’t any yelling or cross words on my end. We strive to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied and happy with the work we do. If you want to discuss this further feel free to call me at 336-245-4485. I look forward to hearing from you.

We were very pleased with the work that was done, he did say if we wanted him to come back and touch it up to make it look better he would, I gave a call but never heard back, like I said we were very pleased with the work that was done.

fast & professional
new to area and cabinets falling down. Technician (Klyn Malone) accurately assessed problem and was able to re-attach cabinets quickly and securely. Very impressed by his skill & work ethic!
