Great job
Andrew did a great job for us. He answered all questions with patience and professionalism. This is the second job we have used Ace Handyman. The first gentleman was also very cordial and professional. I will go with Ace Handyman for future jobs.

Very poor service! Terrible work on my fence!
Do not hire this company! They are only out for the money and do poor quality work. I had them replace pickets on my fence. I also had three post replaced. I had them make a new gate. Unfortunately my new gate was made with old pickets! They also put my pickets on with large gaps between them. My fence is still not right but I will find someone else to do it.

Joyce, I am disappointed we are unable to satisfy you. We were originally hired to repair “a few spots” in your fence. Once we were on site you continued to increase the scope of what you wanted done. Your review is untrue as I have offered you time to return to change out the 4 pickets on your gate that you are questioning at no cost to you. The gap issue was corrected at no cost to you. I personally visited you and you told me you were very happy with the gate, in its current state, and fence. At that time you also asked about more work on the fence, I explained we could help you, and yes, we charge for our service time. As this is the repair you specified and purchased the materials for, you were aware that not all pickets would be new, the older pickets used are in good condition. You also explained to me you planned to stain or paint your fence to both protect it and ensure the new vs older pickets were not noticeable. Again, I am disappointed that all of our efforts have been unable to satisfy you. Thank you for the opportunity to serve, I wish you all the best.

Exceptional service
