I contacted Ace Handyman Services about sagging floors. Their construction expert Cliff did a very thorough inspection of the basement and even did a Zoom consult with my brother, a civil engineer, so that I was totally confident with the course of action. Due to supply chain issues, supplies had to be ordered, but office manager Kim kept me up to date along the way. The work was completed quickly and under the estimate. Very pleased with Ace Handyman Services and will definitely use them again for repair and improvements!

Andrew & Jason were fantastic today. They were ready to work when they arrived and completed the job in a timely manner. They made sure to check in with us if they had any questions or issues. We had to have them re-do a tile that was done on our last call due to more water stains and the tile was broken during placement last time. They did a great job without making a huge mess. They also cleaned up after themselves instead of leaving it for us to do. ACE Handyman Services is always responsive, helpful and efficient. We will continue to use there services.

Josh and AJ were true professionals who know what they were doing. They were friendly and very conscientious about their work. The only issue I had was not with their work but with the job estimation process It was clear the craftsman did not have input into the amount of time it would take for the job or the cost involved. This results in a cost more than double what was originally quoted. Several items I asked if they were included in the quote, like carpet removals and haul away, and trim installation, I was told we’re add on costs not included in the original quote. I appreciate the unexpected veterans discount I received. If it were not for that discount, the overall cost would have been even higher than the second quote. The workmanship and quality were too notch. The significant difference between the quote and the actual price is why this rating is not 5 stars.
