Jason and AJ were terrific. Showed up on time, were polite, professional and made us feel very taken care of. Finished before the estimated time so I saved some money on the estimated bill. Absolutely would recommend.

Josh and AJ were true professionals who know what they were doing. They were friendly and very conscientious about their work. The only issue I had was not with their work but with the job estimation process It was clear the craftsman did not have input into the amount of time it would take for the job or the cost involved. This results in a cost more than double what was originally quoted. Several items I asked if they were included in the quote, like carpet removals and haul away, and trim installation, I was told we’re add on costs not included in the original quote. I appreciate the unexpected veterans discount I received. If it were not for that discount, the overall cost would have been even higher than the second quote. The workmanship and quality were too notch. The significant difference between the quote and the actual price is why this rating is not 5 stars.

Ace Handyman “saved the day” and substantial dollars for us after our freezer quit working during the night. After exhausting all attempts to quickly schedule an appliance repair person, we were able to locate freezers at big box stores and a locally-owned appliance store. But not one of them could deliver a new freezer for several days. We then called 2 moving companies who were also booked for several days. We were totally frustrated. Ten hours had passed since we discovered the non-functioning freezer plus the freezer had been off overnight. The freezer contained a quarter of beef—just purchased—plus fruits and vegetables and they were beginning to defrost. Then we looked up Ace Handyman who answered promptly and understood our predicament. Bryan Harmon, owner of Ace Handyman, met me at our local big box store in less than an hour. He delivered and installed the new freezer. Bryan insisted on cleaning up the area and disposing of the packing materials. What a relief to not loose our financial investment in the food and especially the beef. Thanks to Ace Handyman for extremely prompt, thorough and courteous service.
