Sam went above and beyond

This was my first time using Ace. I had called two other handymen recently to get some outdoor lights installed. One never called me back and the other didn't show up when he was supposed to. I called Ace on Friday and they had someone come out on Monday! Wow! Jeff was very friendly, organized, prompt, and did great work. I wish I would have called Ace weeks ago!

Samuel did a great job of mounting our TV! He was very efficient and professional. And I was so appreciative that the work took half the time that I was quoted for. The only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars was I think he forgot to tell me about the wrong hole he had drilled and then patched, so I had to paint the wall above the tv after he left. And although he was done with the work in an hour I was charged for an hour and 15min. Maybe the time to take my credit card was factored in? Overall I was still very pleased with the service and I will be using Ace Handyman in the future!

Brad was very professional. He arrived on time and installed 2 locks in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Very prompt and professional.

Because of supply problems ACE had trouble getting the materials. Bradley arrived early and repaired the problem professionally and quickly. He drinks coffee with a little sugar. Anyone named Brad, Bradley or Bradford has to be good. Stacy (in the office) also did a great job communicating and has a great sense of humor.

This was my second occurrence using Ace Handyman, and I was once again very pleased with the all-around experience offered in customer service, communication, and craftsmanship; the simplicity of calling one service for multiple tasks/trades makes life easier. Jeff did a great job on a small flooring project that I’ve had on my “to do” list, as a new home owner in the last 2 yrs ago, and a few other small items. I already know of more projects to line up for next spring, and will certainly use Ace once again.

The communications and keeping me informed was top notch just don’t get that type of service anymore you guys were very professional I would use you guys for my next project definitely. Reece is very good at his craft Thank you so much for you services

This is the first time I used Ace Handyman service and was very impressed from the initial phone call to schedule the service right through to the service being completed. Patrick was our Handyman and had a good understanding of the work that needed to be completed when he arrived. I showed him around and he was immediately ready to get started. My husband and I were both very impressed with Patrick's knowledge level of the repairs needed, his work ethic and the quality of his work. He was very efficient, the time it took for the repairs was an hour less than what had been originally quoted. We would absolutely use Ace Handyman service again and would ask for Patrick.

Jeff assessed what we needed done and got right to work. He ended up having to run and get a part but was quick and completed the job in less time than was quoted. Overall happy with experience and completed job.
