It always starts with Lori, I giveI her a call, tell her what I need and we set up the approx needed time. Lori is very helpful! I always ask for Kevin since he's been with me since he started. I have my honey do list and my list where a professional is needed. We cover all sorts of topics on the visits. This time he secured a fan that had fallen from the ceiling (yikes) and I asked him to also check the other fans to make sure they were secure. He cleaned vents, fixed light fixtures, changed light bulbs, installed a faucet, made sure my pressure washer was working properly and more. He knows a lot about a lot! Thanks!

Steve was amazing! Showed up on time, great communication. Did a great, professional, thorough job. When the motorized shade I ordered didn’t work in the living room (my fault) he suggested another window which was a great idea! I didn’t think of that. I will definitely call Steve again for more handyman services.

Luther arrived during the scheduled window. We discussed the repairs to my vinyl soffit and within minutes he was done. He took pictures to show me what he had done to secure the vinyl soffit tracks. Highly recommend Ace Handyman Services. I love that the company continually updates you on the status of the contractor via email and text messages so you know when the contractor will arrive.

I never leave reviews, good or bad, but I felt the need to post. I contacted Ace because I like their stores, but this handyman service is a rip off. I had someone come out to patch 4 fingertip size holes in my wall and hang towel hooks. When he showed up he immediately said he had to go to Home Depot because he didnt have what he needed? Correct me if Im wrong but shouldnt you show up to a job prepared, especially if Ive told the dispatcher exactly what needed to be done!!! So now Im paying for your time (almost an hour) at Home Depot???? Thats CRAP!!! Almost $100.00!!!! For you to go pick up at $7-10 item!!! Beyond ridiculous!! I will never use them again and will be sure to let everyone else know. STAY AWAY!!!! Oh and by the way, 2 of the hooks he installed are crooked and not stable, they move whenever I hang a towel. And when he patched the holes he didnt smooth out or sand the plaster, he just left it. NEVER AGAIN!!

luther came and put my sink back in after it fell into the cabinet. He was sweet and very helpful. He even brought in my insta cart! I have a long list of things i need to have done! but so excited to have them finally done!!!!

Steve arrived as scheduled. Job was to repair ceiling drywall where cut outs made to service sprinkler system. He was friendly and courteous. All work was done in an excellent manner. Even had him change a light fixture while on the job. Cleaned up after completion of work. Will certainly use again.
