The business operates in a professional manner, with good communications, rapid response, and quality work. They seem to really care about the job and doing it properly. I was kept informed of their plans and progress. Since the job I had called them for was finished quickly, Steve who was the one sent out, did a few more jobs to round out the hour. Luther called the day before to confirm date, time, and work to be done. Arrived on time. Had supplies and tools ready to repair loose stone on fireplace, hang lanai screen, and do some exterior painting. Was knowledgeable about how to do the work. Everything was completed well and efficiently. Other handyman services may charge less per hour, but because Luther was so capable, the jobs were completed quickly. I highly recommend ACE Handyman Service based on the work Luther did. I have added his contact info to my phone and will certainly recommend ACE Handyman Service to friends.
