Chet was extremely polite. Put a grab bar in the shower; hung metal art work over a bed & put up a wall rack in the garage. Good job!!

I've used Handyman Matters (now ACE Handyman Services) for years and appreciate their range of services and great customer service. I recently moved my family to Nocatee and needed a pet door installed. Luther was professional and quick about his work, delivering a solution in less than an hour and he showed me the different lock settings on the device. One small nit -- he did show up to the house 20 minutes after the stated appointment time without an acknowledgement of being late. But in the end it wasn't a big deal for me as I was home for the day and I didn't make a big deal about it. They do offer a service where you can track the handyman's arrival time; I didn't use it but it might be useful if you're in a time crunch. But overall I wouldn't hesitate using them again.
