Great Job by Steve
Steve did a great job replacing three sets of Kwikset interior and exterior door hardware for us. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I plan to have him back to do additional work.

Too expensive for the results
Our handyman (Alex) was courteous and prompt. Unfortunately we were charged $272 for approximately 45 minutes work that included tightening a faucet, clearing a bathroom drain and unsuccessfully pairing a garage door opener with a keypad. No paper or electronic bill was provided itemizing time or charges. It appeared that the total was a guesstimate. I had to use additional resources to correct the opener problems resulting from his fruitless efforts.

Hi Jerry, we apologize that our service was less than satisfactory. As discussed during the booking of the appointment, we do have a 2 hour minimum for appointments. A 10% discount was applied for the labor hours as a courtesy, which was reflected on the final invoice. We value our customers’ feedback and would like to apologize for any misunderstanding when booking.

Everything done!!
Steve was awesome and got all the projects done! He hung some glass shelves for my mom, put up my mirror over dresser and installed 3 heavy duty shelves in the garage. Great job and will use him again!

FABULOUS JOB!!!
We had several things needing to be done; new light post on island, flag pole installed, microwave re-hung, special inserts at bottom of 2 cabinets, etc. CARLOS was top notch. He would show me what needed to be done, do it, and then make sure i was happy with the result. Very professional and thorough!!! We will definitely use your services again.
