We have a hinged patio door with full length hinged windows on each side. The hinges are adjustable both vertically and horizontally. I contracted ACE to adjust the door. ACE Handyman John arrived on time, reviewed the situation with the door and went to work. John was not familiar with the adjustable hinges, but quickly learned how they worked and their limitations. It turned out that the worm gears in the hinges were not working properly. John worked with the hinges and the worm gears to re-align the door. The door now closes and locks as designed. John also the hinged windows so they would open and close properly. I'm very pleased with the John's work! Thank you John and ACE!!

Two other service providers have tried and failed to repair a long-term problem with cracking wainscot on an exterior wall.
