We had 8 items on our repair list and ALL were accomplished to our satisfaction. They even repaired an extra item not on the list and it has never worked so well as it does now. They were exactly on time, courteous and professional from start to finish. They seem to be at the top of this industry. We would recommend to others!

Quick, professional great communication

My wife and I had 3 projects completed by Ace Handyman Services and we are extremely satisfied and highly recommend them. We first had them remove our old kitchen countertop, sink and backsplash. Although another company installed our new quartz countertop (part of the purchase), Ace came in and installed the new sink and backsplash and did a fantastic job. Jon was extremely organized and thorough when grouting and installing the new backsplash. We also had them remove the old tiling around our fireplace and install the new tiles (same as in the kitchen). Again, Jon was fantastic - organized, thorough, and had a great attitude on a very time consuming and tedious project. Finally, we had Ace come in and repaint our entire first floor, including refinishing all the trim, kitchen cabinets, fireplace, and walls. Kyle and Daniel were absolutely amazing. They were extremely careful and precise when taping things offs and covering furniture, walls, and our brand new countertops and tiling. Once everything was covered they made quick work of the painting. They were always on time, asked for our opinion in making sure the project was completed and getting our sign-off. We coordinated projects with Denise in the front office and she was amazing in making sure projects were scheduled with sufficient resources and making sure were were satisfied with the work. We cannot be more appreciative of everyone's hard work and professionalism and will be returning to Ace when we have future projects.

The office returned our call promptly with a very fair estimate. Less than a week later, Jeremy showed up exactly on time and did a stellar job repairing our bathroom floor, installing a new toilet, and replacing the shut off valve. He completed the job in exactly the time frame estimated. He went above and beyond on the job and was friendly and professional. Communication with this company was excellent and seamless from start to finish. We will use Ace again and will recommend them to our friends.

The office responded to question promptly. Everyone showed up on time. Jon and Jeremy replaced and added new lighting in the garage and installed a 20amp outlet. They are friendly, professional and very experienced. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Jon, was here yesterday morning right on time. I asked him to build a new floor under my w/d stackable to stop vibrations which were cracking my control panel causing me a lot of time & money. He covered everything nearby in plastic. He did a great job blending the new wood floor with the carpet nearby. He hooked my w/d back up & did a great job of cleaning up, My w/d worked perfectly when I did a load of wash this morning. He also replaced my mailbox with a new one from Wayfair in sub-freezing temperatures. He also removed the old house numbers which were replaced with new ones on the box. A great service experience!!!
