Mauricio gave me an initial quote to have the upstairs bathroom floor replaced. The quote was fair and the work was promptly scheduled. When the worker (Kendrick) showed up he was friendly and went straight to work. The initial quote was for a day and half of labor but Kendrick did high quality work and completed the job in a day. After Mauricio found this out he adjusted our quote quickly downward. Instead of a day rate he switched to by the hour which was more than expected and extremely fair. The bottom line this business is fair and honest, they do quality work and I will be using them again in the future.
