High quality service. Friendly and professional
I would highly recommend this service! My handyman, Scott, was amazing! He arrived early and was professional, knowledgeable in installing my shutters and honest with his time. I must also mention my initial phone call. I was met with a very sweet, caring, friendly and welcoming voice over the phone! I will be calling ACE for all my projects!

Disappointing Experience
We accepted what was the high bid for a deck repair project. The "craftsman" arrived without ladder/staging to start the job. During the project a window was broken and the "craftsman" told us he didn't know that he had broken the window. It took three weeks to fix the window. The crew used a silicone product on our Timbertek surface to cover nail holes. They then tried to remove the excess silicone with a solvent that took the color out of the boards.

Great Service (Chad)
Chad was are guy, he did great work, great communication. He communicated with me the whole day leading up to the job. He did the work for my grandfather, it came out great everything lined up perfect. He couldn't have did it any better I highly recommend requesting Chad for any services you need.

Very fgriendly and professional, I was impressed with his attitude with safety as he checked the actual bulbs in our dinette overhead light where he was to change the existing switch to a dimmer.
Chad was very competent, always double checked his measurements and actually listened to our concerns (which avoids a common failure of visiting mechanics). He also knew to cleanup the specific area that he worked on. He was thorough and expedited the work promptly and even removed the heavy crate that our mirror was packed in from our apartment to the outside dumpster. His overall friendliness was refreshing to experience. If your other personnel are similar to Chad, I certainly will be a return customer and will exuberantly recommend your services to others.
