Very professional and high quality workmanship

I have always enjoyed having a local Ace Hardware store. We called Ace Handyman after seeing the advertisement from local mail. I am pleased with their service and their communication skills. I called with three projects. Dan completed all three projects in three hours.

I called ACE to repair an issue with my back door and the entire experience was great! The dispatcher was friendly and accommodating and made the process incredibly simple. They dispatched Seth and I can't speak highly enough about his professionalism and knowledge. He was on time, presentable, personable, and most of all, understood the trade. We had had recent work done that proved to be unsatisfactory. The owner came out and agreed that it needed to be rectified. Another handyman (Dan) came out today, could clearly see the issues, and promptly fixed them. There was no charge as their work was under warranty. They are true to their word! The company is reputable. But, frankly, I would ask about a worker's background, past jobs done with the company and customer satisfaction before I would hire the person set up to come. Results can be mixed. (The one today (Dan) was excellent; the initial one was not a fit for us.)
