Ace Handyman was extremely responsive and communicative throughout the process. They even called when they had a cancellation to see if I wanted an earlier appt. Micheal was very professional and kept me informed along the way of the work being completed. Very happy with the company and the work! Will be using them again.

This was a long delayed project because I wasn't sure who to call. Our previous handyman experiences over the last few years were mostly OK, but scheduling & communications had been problematic. This was the most substantial repair of the five we had on our list. It was to repair & replace rotted wood on a section of a soffit. The two handymen were here on time & got it done under the estimated time. The price was reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done.

Moved bathroom wall light to center it over the sink. Replaced slats holding a drop ceiling so that they're were no gaps at the corners. Sanded off rust and painted the strip above a basement sliding door. Can't praise the service provided enough. Mike was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. Explained everything in detail. Readily answered all questions. Friendly. I'm definitely asking for Mike specifically for our next project.

I had an issue with install of new tub fixture with a leak from the tub spout. Harry did an excellent job in assessing where the issue with water was coming from and correcting it. He then checked to make sure there were no more leaks from the shower or the spout and ran the water for a while to be certain. He also was extremely careful with the fixtures since they were new avoiding any further scratches that occurred during the previous install. Excellent work.

Have been looking for a Handyman Service to complete some odd jobs around my house. Ace Handyman Services fits the bill. Recently purchased some furniture that needed to be assembled. Harry arrived on time and began to work immediately. Very pleased with his knowledge & professionalism. I shall be contacting Ace again for some more jobs that need to be done.

Ace was onsite within 48 hours of making my first phone call after failing to hear back from several contractors. Michael took time to explain my problems and what he did to address them. Work was completely expediently and with a reasonable price. First time using Ace and I will definitely use them in the future.

A list of needed repairs & modifications had been increasing that were beyond my ability to fix or resolve. Ace Handyman Services was recommended on Facebook by a friend so I followed up. Phil & Diane are the owners of a new Ace franchise that services our area in Southern Howard County. (Transparency Notification - I worked with Phil's dad for many years. His parents are good friends of ours.) We've had two appointments up to this point with Michael. He's a very pleasant, courteous, conscientious & knowledgeable man who takes his work seriously. He has successfully completed five projects up to this point. All were done to my satisfaction. One electrical project was outside of the company's current capability, but they referred me to an electrical company that was able schedule an electrician who completed that project on a very timely basis & to my satisfaction. We've used, or tried to use, other handyman services in the past with spotty scheduling & project success. I won't have to ponder anymore who to call when home maintenance & repair jobs are more than I can handle.
