Repair wall and replace towel rack that was pulled out of the wall. Robert Jones was the handyman who arrived at our house. Robert Jones arrived on time to our home. He was polite from the time until he left our residence. When he surveyed the job, he explained how the job could be completed and his recommendation. Aesthetically the job done is fabulous. The best part about this Laurel , MD service is that the supervisor showed up when there was a problem, listened carefully to my concerns, and then proceeded to correct some tile work that needed correcting from a less experienced technician. My experience with Mr. Jones was very pleasant. He took care of my problem right away. Efficient and professional and than sat down and went over other projects I needed to have done. Oh and he cleaned up after he finished fixing the area. I would hoghly recommend him.

She is clear in her explanation of charges and has a very friendly manner, which makes it easy to get your questions answered. The job that Robert did for us turned out to be somewhat complicated. His follow through was excellent and he was committed to seeing the project through to the end, which meant spending extra time and returning the next day. He is extremely diplomatic and will do his utmost to make sure the customer is satisfied. And, in this case, we were very satisfied with the quality of his work and his follow through. The same can be said for Jimmy C, who was called into assist Robert. When I noted that something was not level, Jimmy saw the problem and immediately corrected it.
