All I need to say is happy. Work was done right and fast.

This was my first project using Ace Handyman Services and I would be happy to use them for any future projects. I had started working on my bathroom exhaust fan and the project ended up larger than I expected, so I called and was able to get a same-day appointment. My handyman, Nathan, removed the old fan and showed me that the new one I had was far too small to cover the existing ceiling hole so I needed to order a larger one. I arranged for him to come back a couple weeks later when I had the appropriate size fan, and he did the work much quicker than I expected and it looks really good. He also nailed up a loose board for me and helped me move some furniture that was too bulky for me to get, myself. He was cheerful and pleasant, as was the lady I spoke to about scheduling each time. The rates also seemed fair, so I’ll be calling them if I need anything else. Highly recommended!

I was disappointed with the service initially provided and the extended time to address and resolve the challenge. The return visit was “perfect” - quality work in an appropriate timeframe. Fortunately after expressing my concern to the ownership, the situation was addressed, and I would do business again in the future.

This was my first time using the ACE Handyman Services. My service person showed up on time just as planned and was very professional and courteous. I love how I was not given a window of time but, instead, was given a specific time they would show up. He also finished the original work I had asked for a little early and made sure to do other minor projects that could be done within the time allotted. I would definitely use the service again.

Harry had to replace a commercial door closer for me. Great job; not an easy task removing the old one from a steel door.

Michael was great, explained everything he would do, answered any questions I had satisfactorily. He was professional, very courteous, friendly, comfortable to be with. Our front door had some damage, needed wood repaired, new strike plate and lock adjustment. The finish job is perfect, we are very satisfied with the results and the cost. Definitely will call Ace Handyman again! Oh, arrived on time for the appointment and send me a picture of Michael so I would know who to expect and welcome into my home. So organized.

The first indication that this was going to be a good experience was that Mike showed up on time. We had a few plumbing problems and after a brief description of what we needed he went right to work. The repairs consisted of replacing a toilet tank fill valve and replacing a bathroom sink faucet and cleaning out the drain pipes. He performed these tasks in a fast and highly professional manner. He was knowledgeable and friendly and deserving of my recommendation.

Nate, the craftsman assigned to me, was very friendly and accommodating. The craftsman fixed a problem with the facing of a door leading to the garage. It necessitated a drill with a bit that could pierce brick. Having that problem addressed was a load off my mind. Otherwise, the craftsman replaced lightbulbs in 5 rooms. I supplied the lightbulbs, but I needed help with the replacement, because it required using a ladder (which is difficult for me at the moment, due to my knees).Unfortunately, I forgot to request that 2 lightbulbs on the bottom level be replaced. The person on the phone was quite polite and so was the specific craftsman who addressed my needs. My only gripe (so to speak) involves the charge. I feel it's a bit high and renders the company less competitive than they would be otherwise. Nonetheless, I appreciate their assistance.
