Professional
Both Matt and Grayson were very professional and very courteous. They explained what they would need to do. They also provided outside help on something ther couldn’t do. I would recommend them.

Good Techs
Grayson came in looked at the drain line parts he needed, went and bought the parts and finished in an hour and did nice work for a fair price. You also have the comfort of knowing Ace will stand by their work for a year.

Did not like the experience. The business model leaves no room for inexperience - you pay the contracted rate even if it takes hours to do a job that perhaps another handy man could do in an hour. You are also paying for them to go get materials they may need for a job that they didn’t realize they needed (or maybe should have realized and not started it). Can’t say I’ll use this type of service again. On a positive, the setup part is good and notification system is good and the individuals were friendly.

Shower handle, bathroom exhaust fan and more !
Grayson was great !!!!! He was punctual, polite, organized and extremely knowledgeable. We had him do household repairs, tighten up a loose shower handle, repair a bathroom exhaust fan, other miscellaneous household repairs, including tightening up vents, outlets, door knob handles, cabinet hinges. Definitely will use Ace Handyman in future and recommend to family and friends.
