When services were scheduled we said we had a toilet valve plumbing issue and a electrical issue with the doorbell. I thought I would need two separate people to come out one that specializes in plumbing and another for the electrical. I was assured the person they send out would be able to handle both. Brett came out and was able to fix the plumbing issue. However, he was here for over two hours and was not able to identify the issue with the doorbell. It was apparent he was not sure what he was looking for and he did not Eve have a voltage meter to check the wires. We ended calling an electrician and he identified the problem in five minutes and it was just the transformer was unplugged and it was in a place that Brett had checked. Brett was very nice but you may not want to send him on any call with electrical issues.

The notifications were timely and Lee even managed to come early. He was friendly, professional and well qualified for all of our jobs. He installed a medicine cabinet, a towel rack and a new faucets in two bathrooms. He also installed a new kitchen faucet. The connections for the kitchen faucet were a problem and Lee worked hard to determine the solution. The results were exactly what we had envisioned and are glad we had such a skilled professional to help us. We will use Ace always in the future.

Needed baseboards reinstalled. Called Ace and inquired about the handyman service one day, handyman scheduled for the next day. Blake installed and caulked and all is good.

The job was hanging a wooden Mountain scene in our stairwell. The piece was 26 lbs 4ft by 2ft. Tim the handyman was very punctual and polite. He came prepared with the proper tools especially the necessary ladder which was crucial to get the job done. We were very pleased with the work.

Installed a ceiling fan on a high ceiling, hung art, curtain hooks, changed out an old faucet and a light fixture, helped hang a huge TV. Have used this service for many years for so many jobs. Lee was excellent. Arrived well ahead of schedule and completed the tasks efficiently and up to standard.

Tim was very professional and on time! He also discovered a faulty supply line that was causing a slow leak below our dishwasher. He replaced the line along with diagnosing our dishwasher. I would highly recommend Tim for any kind of dishwasher repair. Also-I have used Ace for additional “to-do” lists around our home such as building cabinets and installing blinds-they have done a great job! Highly recommended!
