Outstanding service
Tim was outstanding. We had a 30 year old home with a doorbell and intercom issue. He came out, analyzed the problem, gave us a reasonable bill, made suggestions, which we followed. He uninstalled the motherboard and sent it out of state to be repaired. He installed a Ring doorbell to give our tenant some protections while hers was being repaired. He came back out and reinstalled the repaired doorbell and intercom system. He was professional, and stayed on top of the issue with us the entire time. We will be using him again in the future.

Good , friendly handyman. But will not use Ace again
I answered a ad for a snowblower special $185. I thought that was a little too expensive but needed the work done.
Cost was over $200. Ace never explained that cost was only the base price.

Mark, Thank you for the review. I records indicated that there was materials needed and the email states that the $185 excludes materials. It looks like Tim reviewed the work order and additional material cost and you signed authorizing him to do the work with the estimated cost with materials. Lee was wonderful. We called for a garbage disposal, but it had only gotten unplugged. We had him replace a fire alarm instead and he had all the parts and equipment with him. Thanks Lee.

High Quality Service, Professional and very Friendly
If I could pick someone to do Handyman work, every time it would be Kipp Blecha. He is super nice and, high energy and very knowledgeable. We had an unusually complicated job but Kipp is making sure everything works exactly to perfection for what we need. We value and highly appreciate the expertise and also the guarantee that Ace gives with it's Handyman services. I hope Kipp stays on with Ace Handyman services for many years to come!
