Mark Davis is the contractor who did the work for me at the rental house in Westerville.
He is very good at following up with me and, as he was the first time he did work for me at another location, I think he was very thorough.
Other than that, a few less text messages and emails from your business office would be helpful to me. I'm a small businessman with a
lot that I am responsible for. One email to confirm an appointment time is sufficient - repeated interruptions are not helpful.

Great experience with Nick

Great Job!
I received a text indicating James, the handyman was on his way to my house. That was nice! He arrived on time and was courteous. He discussed with me options available on the project then completed it according to our discussion. He was very thorough and the project looks great! Thank you!

On time!! Completed my list of repairs!
Gene arrived at 8 am. I gave him three things to do from putting up a broken towel bar to installing a new faucet! Did it in 45 minutes. So I went to my list of little things that I had ignored for months. Sparkled holes in walls, repaired outdoor outlets, installed fireplace glass - everything on my list was fixed. I will always call Handyman Matters for those annoying repairs that you put off - and big ones too, like repairing and painting a ceiling.

Huge help preparing for new wall oven
Keith was a huge help for our project. We purchased a new wall oven/microwave combo unit and it required a larger opening in the cabinets than the old unit. Keith very carefully and skillfully enlarged the opening to the exact required measurement and also moved the electrical junction box to the new required location. The appliance store did the actual oven installation and the finished product is fantastic.

Very professional
I had a whole list of projects to get done -- drywall repair, cabinet shelf replacement, closet repair, etc. Keith estimated what had to be done, communicated well, was friendly, knowledgeable, and got the work done very quickly! Would definitely recommend and use this service again.

Top notch experience, would use again
I was a little unsure of what to expect when I hired HMM to redo my bathroom floor, but it turned out great. Gene was prompt, did a great job, seemed very knowledgeable and capable, communicated with me the entire time, and cleaned up nicely on his way out. All in all, I'm pretty happy with the experience.

Mark arrived shortly prior to the appointment time. He was professional, courteous, conscientious and knowledgeable. He provided a clear explanation of what he was doing and problem solved in an unexpected matter. We have already recommended Handyman Matters to a friend. We have asked for an estimate for some other jobs and will most certainly use them in the future
