Joe showed up on time, examined our problem (leaky window), diagnosed it and then repaired the problem same day. Very professional. I like the appointment reminders and alerts from the company and Joe - with other repair people we sit around wondering if anyone is going to show up- and often they don't! Great communication. Joe was mindful of our budget, not doing extra repairs that weren't necessary. We felt like he was looking out for us and did an excellent job tearing out the rotted cedar, replaced caulking, installed and painted new cedar. It looks great and we are confident our leak is fixed. Will have him back to fix the inside drywall and window ledge after a few rains confirm he found the problem. Rick replaced an attic gable vent that raccoons had destroyed. He even came up with an excellent plan to help keep them from destroying my new vent. I purchased some galvanized steel steel mesh to install inside for an additional barrier to entry because I was concerned the raccoons would just chew through the new vinyl vent. Rick came up with idea of installing the steel mesh on the outside so the tenacious critters can even get to my new vent. Brilliant idea! Thank you Rick!

We had a punch list (re-caulking showers, repairing a faux shutter, masonry repair, flashing repair, closet divider installation). Nick did a great job, and explained each situation and what he was doing to make the repair. The final cost came in under the quote, too! We'd definitely hire Nick again.

James arrived on time, and took care of a small problem on our shower. Handy Man Matters previously removed the whirlpool tub, shower, and the cabinet top.They installed a larger shower with a bench seat, an additional cabinet and top, and replaced the duel sink cabinet top. Their employees have been efficient, friendly, and have paid attention to detail during our entire experience with them. I have recommended them to others and will continue to tout their excellent service.

We needed several things done around the house, including light fixtures/fans, bathroom updates (new toilet, vanity, sink, faucet, vinyl floor), and, new decorative porch railings outside. Everything looks fantastic. We were pleased with Keith's quality of work, and that the final cost stayed within the quote. Will definitely use these guys again!

This was my first experience with Handyman Matters. I had a very positive experience with all aspects of the job. Jeff did an excellent job replacing my door frame and hanging an existing storm door. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Both Jeff and the office staff were very good at communicating the installation time and all follow up information.
