Horrible Horrible Service
Caulking work was done poorly and I had to clean up the mess myself. I prepainted the trim in advance. After the handyman installed it, he made it so dirty because he never washed his hands between tasks. To replace screen door openers, he didn’t use the original holes. He even tried hard to force the screw to go through the metal on the door. Of course he failed. Then he drilled a hole in the wrong place and the screen door could only open half way. I had to redo it after he left. The worst thing is that he took away a piece of trim that he was supposed to put it back. I called and requested he return it to me. I never heard back from him. All I want to say is that you won’t have the peace of mind they are advertising.

We immediately reached out to this customer and made arrangements to remedy the concerns. Our craftsmen did not provide our standard level of service in this case, and we sincerely apologize to this customer for it. We encourage all of our customers to contact our office staff at 614-212-4422 if there are any issues with a job. We have 2 full time team coordinators and field supervisors to help work through any issues that may occur on a job. This is the value and peace of mind that we offer over hiring an individual handyman.

Great Service!
Mark came to give me an estimate on replacing my door handle/lock set and re-staining my door. He worked diligently find and order an exact match for the handle and stain. He was very communicative and helpful. Even calling me the night before installation to check-in. Gerald came to do the work and was very expert and professional. He finished the job quickly and well, and made sure I was happy. I will call on HandyMan matters again.

Great service
Gerald was early, quickly evaluated the issue then executed the repair. The job was completed well before the estimated time. He was professional, efficient and we would happily use him again for future home repairs. :)
