Nelson did a great job in replacing the garbage disposal. He first tried to fix it, but when that failed, he went out and acquired a new one after doing some comparison shopping and sending pics options. Very thoughtful and thorough.

Great Job
This was our first time using this service and they installed an exhaust fan in our bathroom for us. Gene was professional and in and out in an hour. Job well done.

Gerald was prompt, friendly, efficient and was knowledgeable. He shopped for the items needed and immediately went to work replacing and repairing everything, including replacing some drywall. It was not uncomfortable having him in the home, and my dogs seemed to like him. I would be happy to have him for another service call.

Prompt and efficient!
I had 3 small projects to get done, 2 involving electrical connections and another involving an intenral drain with my dishwasher. My technician Gerald was able to fix my electrical issues and install an atic fan motor within an hour. The dishwasher drain required a specialist to fix as the unit needed to be taken apart. I would recommend for small projects but grouping 3-5 hours worth of projects would be more cost efficient due to the service fee.

Morris - INT - Subfloor repair at 449 Buckstone Pl Westerville
Nelson did a great job and made sure it was done right. He understood the cause of the problem and fixed it so it will not happen again.
We like his working style and his knowledge. He cleaned up the area in our bathroom and it looks and works great.
One minor follow-up point: Nelson left a step stool in the basement and forgot the final cleanup in the basement.

Professional and knowledgeable
Gene was great and did a great job rebuilding my deck. He communicated very well with me and I always knew what was going on. Only change I would do is on the material estimate. I got the product I was told for the project, but had to make 3 trips to Home depot for more. Not Gene's fault at all, he didn't do my estimate. But, like I said, I'm very pleased with my new deck.

Another Great Experience
Jim was great as usual. Very competent. Installed shower fan and hand held shower head both of which he picked out at Home Depot.

Excellent Service
Very professional. Nelson explained everything that he was doing. He called and was early for the appointment. It took longer than anticipated due to unforeseeable problems but he stayed until the job was completed. I have used Handyman Matters for another job and have been pleased with their work.
