Aaron did a fantastic job repairing the threshold of my balcony door, plus replacing the damaged floorboards around the threshold with new ones. I had extra flooring but didn’t have any material for the threshold, he was very knowledgeable about what to buy and installed a brand new threshold within a couple of hours. I am very happy with the repair!

Called about two projects involving my stairwell. The first project was replacing three stair treads, the other was removing a bottom floor landing and replacing it with a single stair tread. Sent detailed photos, and was told both projects job would take 3 hours BUT that if I paid a little more and bought four hours I could add another project and it was a packaged deal. The contractor came and with one small exception (which they fixed) did good work. However they were not able to finish the first two projects, let alone start the third and had to come back again the following week. Both projects had no surprises, and I had all the required materials on-site. I understand that it can be difficult to accurately estimate a project. But I assumed if they were confident enough to upsell me then they must be confident in their time estimate. Both projects had no hiccups or surprises. I was told that since no one inspection the job in-person they couldn’t know the exact amount of time it would take. But that was not offered or explained when I received the quote. I wouldn’t use them again unless I was able to get an in-person quote and a more detailed conversation about the project.

I called to have a prefab mantle installed on a fireplace. There were no directions and some of the hardware was missing. Herbert figured out the correct method of installation and did a great job putting up the new mantle.

Herbert was on time and completed the work on time. He was pleasant to work with and even painted the area that was repaired.

The team that removed my old attic stairs and installed a new one did a fantastic job. Ace kept me informed all the way along, and the installation team called me the day before to let me know who was coming. The day of the install they called to see if I would be available a little early if the finished the prior job early. They were professional and efficient, and were very careful not to damage any of the walls or ceiling with the removal and installation of the attic stairs.
