I received a call explaining my Handyman crew would start on time but they felt we would need an extra day…which we were told about up front. So I now give them 5 stars and am very happy with their response.

Noble came and was very thorough. A few hours later we received an estimate and was told work would begin on Wednesday, April 13. I just received a text that it would begin on April 20, a week later. I would like to know why we are now delayed a week.

This is the second time within two weeks I have hired Ace Handyman Services to complete some projects. Dante, who also did the previous work, did an excellent job dry walling and painting my bathroom. I'll be hiring them again.

I submitted a previous review due to some problems with service. I was contacted today by the Ace office to follow up and try to make things right. That's impressive. The agent thought I had been told about the service fee. I heard the hourly rate; I did not hear that but it's possible that part of the call was dropped. (it's not mentioned on my recording but there is a blank bit of time.) I'm being sent a refund for the service fee. I consider this good customer service and follow up definitely. As I said, the man doing the work was most charming and worked very hard. My one suggestion remains that they match the skill of a person to the job being done. He told me several times he was not a sliding glass door expert, which I feel resulted in extra charged time. But, overall, there seems to be a sincere effort to provide quality service so I'd recommend using Ace.

The rep. who came to my home, Dante, was extremely courteous and professional and went above and beyond the call to help with my sliding glass door repair. I have no issue with him at all. I have an issue with the office. I was not told of a $60 added "service charge" on the (recorded) phone call to set up service. To a disabled senior where every penny matters, this was significant. I had to cancel a medical procedure scheduled for 3 days later because of no longer being able to afford the co-pay. I consider it sleazy business practice to have surprise charges when a job is completed. Also, Dante kept telling me that he was NOT a sliding door specialist. He had to make multiple trips to hardware stores to try and figure out and find the parts needed. He did an amazing job!! But, perhaps someone knowledgeable in this area could have saved a lot of time for which I was charged. The original lady on the phone said they would work hard to lower the amount of time the job took in order to lower my bill. That of course cannot happen when someone is sent who has to feel his way through an area of work not known to him. Oh..just a minor thing. Due to my extreme allergies, no one wears shoes in my home to help not track in pollen and other allergens. I think it would be great if Ace reps would wear those little elastic/plastic covers on their shoes like plumbers and a/c workers do. It's not in my opinion good to track all over someone's home in nasty work shoes.

Noble was very attentive and knowledgeable throughout the installation of my garage exterior door. I was very pleased with his professionalism and his efficiency. I am so very happy to now have an exterior garage door that now works!

Mr.Turner kept me apprised of his time of arrival. He was punctual, polite professional. I was grateful that he practiced health awareness with his mask. The job was completed to my satisfaction and Mr. Turner was careful to remove any trash and debri.

Very good service exceptional our service person his name is noble exceptional went far and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with the repairs and we were very satisfied we would use them again for our home repairs

My first contact with the company was with Ashley, the representative, who set up the appointment. She was professional, friendly, and explained the entire process. Ashley said Dante would be providing the service and would call me to confirm the appointment details. And that is exactly what transpired. Dante called the evening before to confirm the appointment and go over the list of projects that needed to be worked on. The next morning, I received an "on the way" message and he ended up arriving early. This was very impressive! He got to work right away and completed every item on the list. Dante's craftsmanship was outstanding. All jobs were perfect! He was able to fix a cabinet door, which arrived new, but had uneven cabinet doors. Dante was a pleasure to be around, friendly, respectful and professional. The experience from start to finish exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend Ace Handyman Services.
