Our handyman was on time and professional. He was also very accommodating to out changing needs with our bathroom update.

Austin is the definition of a great handyman! He is a perfectionist and it shows. The customer service is what won me over. It's not everyday you invite a stranger into your home without being cautious especially when you have little children around. But not to worry Austin was welcomed by all of us because his character truly showed right at the front door. A genuine human as well as a very honest hard worker! Austin installed a new vanity in our powder room and he did a fantastic job. The work was more labor intensive than either of us anticipated, but Austin was very meticulous and thorough and the end result was fantastic!

I had a leak from a skylight that I had replaced sometime back and it was time to tackle the drywall repair part of the damage. Communication from Handyman Matters was spot on, complete with a text when the technician was going to arrive with a bio of the person and a picture so you know who to expect at your door. Austin did a great job with repairing the area so it looks all new again. He maintained a clean work area and cleaned up after completing the job. Communication during the appointment was excellent: Updates were early and often and clear conversations on what I wanted to do myself and what parts he would do, along with a time estimate on job completion.
