High quality, professional service
I was 100% satisfied with the work done in my home! I will definitely use this service again. Don was able to complete a number of small repairs and installations quickly and efficiently. I recommend him highly for anything requiring a knowledgeable and professional handyman.

Too Expensive - Buyer Beware
I should have "Looked" at and "Read" the Google Reviews before calling - my biggest mistake. And during the service call appointment I should have requested a "Written" repair quote - my mistake again. When at my house, I did ask Don the cost to make repair (twice, actually) but didn't get an exact answer - oh yes, I'm going to say it - "my mistake". I know better and definitely a costly learning experience.
Door repair person Don was nice and he did make the repair. It was a very, very easy fix but unfortunately I am not a handy person.
Will not recommend them.

Pipe insulation and filter change
The e-mail notifications were helpful. He did a good job on changing the water purification filters and air filter. Cleaned up behind himself, which I find many handymen forget to do, and leave the mess for me to take care of.

From the moment I contacted Ace, Nikita greeted me with a big smile (I could sense it through the phone). She was polite and professional and within a few minutes helped me get exactly what I needed.
Everything went as she explained. The email notifications were helpful.
In a world where it seems customer service has died Nikita and the technician were outstanding.
