As a company, Ace Handyman services has great customer service and is convenient and easy to work with. I like the email and text communication, as well as the helpfulness of the office staff. We had Robert come out for a list of wall patching and repairs, installing fixtures and shelves, and other little things. I basically put my exhausted husband's "honey-do" list on the counter, and Robert steadily worked through the list. He used the time well, so that he did the projects that had to dry/set first, then other projects, then came back to the dried areas to finish them up. He removed three old light fixtures and and installed new ones, a train-style towel rack, a mirror, repaired the walls and ceiling where the electrician had to bust out the drywall, including texturing. He also installed a couple of wall shelves. Everything looks perfect. He unboxed the light fixtures he was installing, and cleaned up every bit of the the box/plastic/styrofoam mess from doing so. One of the light fixtures has to be assembled, and parts were broken, and he fixed it and installed it. He worked steadily and was focused. He even noticed little things that needed doing, which weren't on my list, and did them just a courtesy (a ding or two in the walls that I forgot about when making the list). He cleaned up everything. We've had a bad experience with a contractor recently, so Robert was a welcome relief. His manners and quiet behavior made him perfect to have in our home. We would absolutely use Ace Handyman services again, and definitely would request Robert.

I highly recommend Kelly; he patched holes in the wall, installed window screens and reattached a broken door! Kelly communicated his time of arrival, was very friendly and efficient with each task. I do recommend this service!

Kelly started right on time, finished my requests with time to spare, and completed an additional project that wasn't on my list. He was especially careful to have his mask on and maintain distancing while we talked. Courtney in the office always accommodates, and makes scheduling easy. I have used this company several times, their rates are reasonable, and all their employees are a pleasure to work with. I shall continue to recommend Ace Handyman Services to my friends.

At first I wasn’t sure what type of skill set I was looking for. I needed to replace two facia boards that had suffered over the years from rain, wind and sun. I started by just entering a description of what the issue was and hoped someone would spot it and let me know what skills they had that would fit. The response was quick. Just a few hours after I submitted by request. I was given a rundown on what to expect and how the pricing was structured and decided it was acceptable. The work was scheduled about a week out and Robert arrived just when I expected him. He got right to work and took care of the problem with good skills that were obvious to me. He worked through all the issues related to the matter and concluded his tasks with a very good conclusion. I am sure his work will last a long time and thus helps me retain my home value as well as that of anyone may purchase my home in the future.
