Will definitely Use Ace Handyman service again. I loved how they emailed me w/ an anticipated time of arrival of my Handyman and he was actually early! He was very gracious and listened first to my needs before he got to work. I recently moved into my new home which is an old Victorian w/ old windows and I just needed the storms swapped out for the screens. They are also all the original windows so they are drafts and was hoping he could address that too. he explained that once the storms were down, it would reduce the amount of drafts coming thru and it did. He also took the time to show me how to do this myself in the future as well as recommended a service locally who could take care of some of my trim issues. Lastly - When I requested this service, I was quoted an estimate which I mis-understood to be the total. When he quoted the price, it was doubled and he explained that there's a 2 hr minimum for him being there, even though the whole project took about 30 min. I called the Office Manager to clarify and she reimbursed me and only charged me for the estimated quote. Fantastic customer service and overall great experience. I would go with a service like ACE in the future to tackle bigger projects. The "handymen" they send are incredibly knowledgeable, have their own tools and are insured by the company.

We recently had Ace Handyman service come to our home to install closet systems and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The craftsman, Jeff, was super personable, on time, did a perfect job, and even cleaned up the work area. This was all done within budget. I highly recommend Ace Handyman service and will definitely be using them again in the future.

The technician was on time and even a bit early, He was prepared to effect the repair an a short amount of time and left me with a re-attached toilet paper holder in the master bath.
