Tony arrived at exactly the time we were told. He was professional and informed me of a snag that required him to go and get a few pieces. I definitely feel like the price was fair and will probably use Handyman Matters in the near future.

Tami was super helpful as we made several changes of service needs/request upon buying our "old" home. We appreciated the flexibility and timeliness in getting the work scheduled and the tech out to the job. We had Scott come to do some electrical work and light installations 2 of the 3 went smoothly. One was found to be old knob and tube, which will need to be replaced before moving further. Scott was knowledgable in the work that would need to be done to upgrade in the fixture and wiring. The quality of work and attention to detail (as well as safety) were appreciated and noted. THANK YOU.

Tony was efficient, pleasant and professional. He hung a huge heavy picture for me and a big repair on a wooden fence. I've used Handyman Matters before and have always been very satisfied.

This is my second experience with Handyman Matters, both at a rental property that my family also uses for vacations. This time I had three items that needed repair/replacement due to tenant damage. Edoardo was on time, knowledgeable, efficient and the work was well done, with clean-up afterwards. No comlaints. I will use Handyman Matters again (if needed) and recommend them to others. Tammy and edwardo were very easy to work with. He quickly developed a plan to repair my shower that was built by handyman matters about 3yr ago. I still had tile from that project so wall board was replace and new tile was installed over the water damaged area, the bathroom was cleaned up at the completion of the repairs. So far no issues have been noted.

Edoardo was friendly, eager to make the repairs I requested, and worked hard to achieve that. I asked very little of a professional nature -- carrying patio furniture from the basement to the patio, opening windows that had been painted shut -- so my review cannot address more challenging requests. He worked hard to achieve what I asked him to do, and he certainly did so with good humor and a pleasant personality. A note of advice to you: Equip your handymen with cotton booties to cover their shoes when they work indoors. I asked Edoardo if he had any, which he did not. Some of his work involved walking on soil in my garden, and then inside. This did not make me happy. Many repairmen and technicians come equipped with booties -- plumbers, electricians, etc. -- and I always admire the professionalism and consideration of this practice.

I was scheduled for an appointment next month, but received a call twelve days prior asking if I wanted an appointment the next day. The next day, by 4:15PM, the job was done. A new door sill and door jam for an existing wood door, plus a new storm door were installed and painted, even the original wood door. Edoard did a fine job and cleaned up the area prior to leaving. I have another project I wish done within three months and I know who is number one to do the work.

The gentleman who came to my home was pleasant to deal with. He did a nice job installing a new mailbox. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the pressure washing of the home. His equipment malfunctioned so he had to rent a machine from Home Depot. Am not sure if he used a cleaning product on much of the house/deck as there was a lot of mildew/black spots remaining and his ladder was not tall enough to reach the highest peaks leaving those areas completely untouched. I ended up using a pump sprayer after he left with some bleach and the areas I did came clean very quickly.
