Josh is fantastic!
Josh painted my bathroom today and he is an excellent painter! Also put up a mailbox for me. He is a hard worker, quick and does excellent work. So happy to have Josh on my jobs!

Window trims done well
Mr. Chris fixed my window trims. He was pleasant and cleaned up the mess for me. Your company was very easy to work with. I will be telling my neighbor about you.

Paul ROCKS
Paul figured out why my ceiling had water spots. It was the hvac system condensation line. He wad able to repair the issue. He is a good man. Thank you for sending him.

Excellent quality and service
Thanks for sending Joshua to finish the drywall in my master bath. It looks great. He was very consciencious and cleaned and vacuumed when he finished the job. I will be calling again.

Incomplete job
I should have written this review months ago. Ace came out and repaired my outdoor landscape ligting. Worked 8 hours and made almost $1000. 3 lights almost immediately stopped working. Actually they were not working the day of repair and the serviceman wiggled the wires until the lights worked. Obviously a short somewhere. I contacted the company a few days later and they were going to charge me again to come back and work on the lights. Terrible customer service. Handyman serviceman didn't complete the job and was on the phone with his girlfriend a lot. I also had 4 more lights he didn't get too. He also came at the wrong time. Very disappointing as a new customer to this area.

Tammy, I apologize for your frustration. We always offer a 12 month warranty on the work we do and materials we provide. We also do not tolerate our craftsmen making personal calls on our customer's time, so I sincerely apologize that this occurred as this is not the standard we have for our employees. I spoke with our Scheduling Coordinator, and she told me she had reached out to you a few times back when the work was being done in October, and she stated that she had a difficult time connecting with you. Our craftsman reported that there was a more extensive electrical issue based on the original installation that we did not do. While we are always more than willing to fix our customer's problems, there would have had to be an additional charge to repair the larger electrical issue as we were not the ones who did this original work and cannot warranty work that we have not performed and are not responsible for. We also worked to accommodate your schedule and set up a Saturday appointment, which is outside of our typical operating hours. Our craftsman tried to reach out the evening before to confirm this appointment, however, since he was unable to reach you he paused the appointment until we could confirm that you were still available. Our Scheduling Coordinator was able to reach you later in the afternoon on Sunday, and promptly rescheduled your work to accommodate your schedule. Once again, we do warranty the work we perform for 12 months after work is completed, but we cannot warranty work that we did not do or pre-existing issues that are not related to the work performed by our company. If you would like for us to send another craftsman out to troubleshoot the work performed by our company in October to see if there is any issue with the installation our company did, we would be happy to set up a time to send someone out under warranty. Bathroom disaster
I don’t know how to thank this wonderful business for helping me with my nightmare bathroom. To Michele and Sabrina, your phone calls helped me feel that everything was going to be alright. To Josh, you worked so hard, and I am grateful. Blue frog plumbing is the best. Also, a big thanks to Restoration One. If ever I need service from you again, you’re on speed dial. Thank you all for your professionalism, and incorporating a human touch to your business. It means a lot. There are a few more things to be done, so I will be giving you a call in the near future.

Terrible customer service
Phone operator twice promised to call me back with details on my requested project by a specific time, and did not do so either time. My response to their response that was given elsewhere: My very first question upon calling was if you service my area, to which she collected my address and stated yes, you do service my area. I would not be writing this review if she had later called me back when she promised and said she was mistaken about that and you actually don't service my area. I would have simply thanked her and moved on. No estimate was ever provided (just general information on hourly rates and material costs) and I indicated multiple times that I was willing to be flexible on my budget. My primary issue is with her promising to call back by a specific time twice, and both times not doing so. The first time, she promised to call back by 1pm and never did. When I called back myself after 3pm, she claimed to have "just come back from lunch." The second time, she specifically stated that she would call me back before 5pm, and never did. I am nearly certain she never actually tried to see if anyone was able/willing to come to my home to give me an actual estimate. That is fine, but just tell me no when I call the first time instead of wasting my entire day pretending you are going to look into my project and get back to me when you actually have no intention of doing so.

Stephanie-- I am sorry to hear about your experience. I spoke with our customer service representative and she informed me that you were quite a ways outside of our service area. While we wish we could assist every customer that calls, we do sometimes have to say no when the location is far outside of our service area. My understanding is that we did provide you with an estimate, but it was outside of your budget which we completely understand.
