Even though this was an extra trip due to misorder of needed part, Mike delivered wonderfully and knew his work very well. Chelsea was appropriately apologetic and all worked out and the repair is complete.

Mike does great work. Replaced bottom door seal. Door seal is now tight. It will save me on heating and cooling.

Mike checked the loose stair railing and quickly came up with a solution. The railing is now firmly seated. He was quick and left the area clean.

Patrick is my go-to guy for work on my pond feature in the front yard, which has given me problems for over ten years. He first came to do the spring cleaning of the pond, during the course of which, he uncovered a couple of leaks in the return line and fixed them. I think he has found and repaired all of the leaks now. — I should say that he and I thought that a couple of times in the last month or so. (It can take a day or two for a leak to appear.) As additional leaks showed up, however, he responded, undaunted and with additional ideas of what to do. We did ultimately decided together on a completely new return line using different and better materials and a couple of other mechanical improvements. He certainly is persistent. I now really do think the problem with leaking is solved, but if it isn’t, I know Patrick will return, with interest and vigor to search and destroy the culprit. He takes pride in the finished result and really wants the pond to perform well.

The skilled craftsman that came to the house was excellent. Really appreciated the fast and great response when I calle Ace Handyman Services. They were able to accommodate a fast repair for me and they were quick and clean! I'd highly recommend them and would use them again anytime.
